This year's Winter Symposium covers the newest Developments in Construction Alternate Dispute Resolution including the use of Dispute Boards and Mediation. The World's Experts in these subjects will discuss current issues, problems, and their solutions. Speakers include members of the World's Development Banks, leading contractors, arbitrators, dispute board leaders, lawyers and others at the cutting edge of procurement and the prevention of disputes in the construction process. In addition to the working sessions there will be a gala reception for all participants and the opportunity for networking amongst the approximately 200 planned participants.
Additionally a pre-Symposium practical training programme dealing with "ADR in The Construction Sector" is being offered separately and will deal with the proper use of ADR in a construction setting, mediation, and dispute boards.
